1. The service and operator
TalkWebe is a job-search assistant: it searches and filters roles, writes fit reports, tailors resumes, prepares interviews and plans careers.
It is operated by TalkWebe.
2. Prices and payment
Registration currently needs an invite code. New accounts start on the free plan; paid plans, top-ups and feature passes are priced in US dollars on the pricing page, and the amount is shown before you buy.
Payment: for now you pay as described on the pricing page and an administrator activates your purchase once the payment is received. When online payment is enabled you can also pay by card; card details are handled by the payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by us.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & usage; you keep the plan until the end of the paid period, then return to the free plan with all your data kept. For a subscription activated by an administrator, the administrator contacts you about each renewal payment.
Price changes are announced in the app at least 30 days ahead and apply from the next billing period after the change. Features may be updated or changed; we will try to announce major changes in advance.
Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, payments (subscriptions, top-ups, feature passes) are non-refundable, including any unused part of a period. 【lawyer to review: consumer law in each market, e.g. the withdrawal rules of Korea's E-Commerce Act】
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the plan, points or feature it paid for are withdrawn.
3. Your account
You must be 14 or older to sign up for and use the service.
Use a real, working email and keep your password safe. Invite codes and accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold.
Administrators may enable or disable features and adjust allowances by plan, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
4. Points and allowances
AI features are metered in points: each call is converted from the real cost of the model used, 1 point ≈ US$0.01 of usage. Different AI lines and models use different numbers of points; the figure shown before a task is an estimate.
Allowances run per cycle (usually monthly) and do not roll over. When an administrator resets your cycle, the new cycle starts that day.
When an allowance or a use limit runs out, the feature pauses and tells you so, until the next cycle or an adjustment.
Points added to your account — from top-ups, activities, invitation rewards and the like — are valid for 12 months from the day they are added and are spent oldest first; any part unused by then expires. We email you about 30 days before (if your account has an email address).
Points are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
5. Acceptable use
No automated bulk use, resale, getting around allowances, or defeating protections (including the copy protection on online-only content).
Do not upload other people's personal data or content you have no right to use, or use the service unlawfully.
You are responsible for checking what you send to employers; do not submit experience that is not true.
6. Content
Your resume and other uploads remain yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, and to send them to the providers of the AI line you choose. See the Privacy Policy.
Generated reports and plans are for your personal use. HTML versions are online-only; download formats depend on your plan.
The software, interface, templates and report layouts belong to the operator.
7. AI content and liability
Job suggestions, fit scores, resume advice, interview material and plans are AI-generated and may be wrong or out of date. They are for reference only and are not career, legal, financial or immigration advice.
Job postings come from public sites; we do not guarantee they are genuine or still open. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows,
the operator is not liable for indirect loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. 【lawyer to review】
8. Ending
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed (see the Privacy Policy). We may close an account that breaks these terms, or when the service ends,
with notice where possible and time to export your data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of 【jurisdiction】. Changes are announced in the app; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

TalkWebe은 구직을 돕는 도구입니다. 채용 공고를 검색·선별하고, 적합도 리포트를 작성하며, 이력서를 맞춤화하고, 면접 준비와 커리어 계획을 지원합니다.

2. 가격과 결제
현재 가입하려면 초대 코드가 필요합니다. 가입하면 무료 요금제로 시작하며, 유료 요금제·충전 패키지·기능 이용권의 가격은 요금제 페이지에 미국 달러로 표시되고 구매 전에 금액이 안내됩니다.
결제 방법: 현재는 요금제 페이지의 안내에 따라 결제하면 관리자가 입금을 확인한 뒤 개통해 드립니다. 온라인 결제가 열리면 카드로도 결제할 수 있으며, 카드 정보는 결제 대행사(Stripe)가 처리하고 운영자는 저장하지 않습니다.
구독은 매월 청구되며 해지할 때까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 언제든지 「설정 → 요금제 및 사용량」에서 해지할 수 있고, 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용한 뒤 무료 요금제로 돌아가며 데이터는 모두 유지됩니다. 관리자가 개통한 구독은 갱신 때마다 관리자가 결제에 대해 연락드립니다.
가격 변경은 최소 30일 전에 서비스 내에서 공지하며, 변경 후 다음 결제 주기부터 적용됩니다. 기능은 업데이트되거나 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 가능한 한 미리 알려 드립니다.

결제가 취소되거나 지급 거절(차지백)된 경우, 그 결제로 제공된 요금제·포인트·기능은 회수됩니다.
3. 계정
만 14세 이상만 가입하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
실제로 사용하는 이메일을 등록하고 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 초대 코드와 계정은 본인만 사용할 수 있으며 양도하거나 판매할 수 없습니다.
관리자는 요금제에 따라 기능을 켜거나 끄고 사용 한도를 조정할 수 있으며, 본 약관을 위반한 경우 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
4. 포인트와 사용 한도
AI 기능은 포인트로 계량됩니다. 호출할 때마다 사용한 모델의 실제 비용을 포인트로 환산하며, 1포인트는 약 0.01달러의 사용량에 해당합니다. AI 경로와 모델에 따라 소모되는 포인트가 다르며, 실행 전에 표시되는 포인트는 예상치입니다.
요금제 한도는 주기(보통 매월) 단위로 계산되며, 쓰지 않은 한도는 이월되지 않습니다. 관리자가 주기를 초기화하면 새 주기는 초기화한 날부터 시작됩니다.
한도나 횟수를 모두 사용하면 해당 기능은 다음 주기가 시작되거나 한도가 조정될 때까지 일시 중지되며, 그 사실을 안내해 드립니다.
충전 패키지, 활동·초대 보상 등으로 계정에 들어온 포인트는 들어온 날부터 12개월 동안 유효하며, 먼저 들어온 포인트부터 사용됩니다. 기간 안에 쓰지 않은 부분은 자동으로 소멸됩니다. 만료 약 30일 전에 이메일로 알려 드립니다(이메일이 등록된 경우).
포인트는 화폐가 아니며 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 양도할 수 없습니다.
5. 허용되는 사용
자동화된 방식의 대량 호출, 재판매, 한도 우회, 보호 조치(온라인 전용 콘텐츠의 복제 방지 포함)의 무력화는 금지됩니다.
타인의 개인정보나 사용할 권리가 없는 콘텐츠를 업로드하거나 서비스를 불법적인 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
채용 담당자에게 제출하는 내용은 회원이 직접 확인할 책임이 있습니다. 사실과 다른 경력을 제출하지 마세요.
6. 콘텐츠
회원이 업로드한 이력서 등의 콘텐츠는 회원의 소유입니다. 회원은 서비스 제공을 위해 운영자가 이를 저장·처리하고, 회원이 선택한 AI 경로의 공급업체에 전송하는 것을 허락합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
생성된 리포트와 계획은 회원 개인 용도로 제공됩니다. HTML 버전은 온라인에서만 볼 수 있으며, 내려받을 수 있는 형식은 요금제 권한에 따라 다릅니다.
본 서비스의 소프트웨어, 인터페이스, 템플릿, 리포트 레이아웃은 운영자의 소유입니다.
7. AI 콘텐츠와 면책
공고 추천, 적합도 점수, 이력서 조언, 면접 자료, 계획은 모두 AI가 생성한 것으로 부정확하거나 최신이 아닐 수 있습니다. 참고용일 뿐이며 직업·법률·재무·이민에 관한 자문이 아닙니다.
채용 정보는 공개된 웹사이트에서 가져온 것으로, 그 진위나 채용 진행 여부를 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서
운영자는 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않고, 총 책임은 회원이 지난 12개월 동안 실제로 지불한 금액을 한도로 합니다. 【변호사 검토】
8. 해지
회원은 언제든지 사용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 참고). 운영자는 본 약관 위반 또는 서비스 중단을 이유로 계정을 해지할 수 있으며,
가능한 한 미리 알리고 데이터를 내보낼 시간을 드립니다.
9. 준거법
본 약관에는 【관할 지역】 법률이 적용됩니다. 약관 변경은 서비스 내에서 공지하며, 변경 후에도 계속 사용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
