1. 谁在处理你的数据

本服务由 TalkWebe（注册地址：【注册地址】）运营。个人信息保护负责人：【姓名与职务】，隐私相关请求请发邮件至【联系邮箱】。你的数据保存在【服务器所在国家/地区】的服务器上。目前注册需要邀请码；付费套餐与充值见套餐页。

2. 我们收集哪些数据

3. 发送给第三方与境外的数据

当你使用 AI 功能时，完成该任务所需的内容会通过加密连接（HTTPS）发送给下表中的 AI 模型供应商处理。这些供应商都在你所在国家/地区之外，属于向境外传输个人信息。具体用到哪一家，由你在设置中选择的 AI 线路决定。

线路：「欧美」只用 Anthropic、OpenAI、Google；「中国」只用 DeepSeek 与通义千问；「自动」由平台按成本与质量在上表各家中选择，当前主要是通义千问（国际站）。管理员可能为个别账号单独指定模型，届时以该指定为准。
保存期限：各供应商按自己的 API 条款处理并保存数据。【律师核对：各供应商是否将 API 数据用于训练及保留期限】
如何拒绝：你可以改选只用某一地区供应商的线路，或不使用 AI 功能，或注销账号。由于核心功能都依赖 AI，不同意向任何一家传输时将无法使用这些功能。
供应商有增减时，我们会更新上表并在登录后提示。

其他第三方：

职位搜索：我们用你设定的关键词、地区（不含简历）查询公开招聘网站（如 Indeed、LinkedIn 及公司招聘页面）。
公司调研：可能使用 Perplexity（美国）搜索公开信息，查询内容为公司与职位名称。
基础设施：Cloudflare（美国，网络加速与加密的异地备份存储）、【服务器托管商及所在国家/地区】、邮件发送服务【SMTP 服务商】。
付款：开通在线付款后由 Stripe（美国）处理刷卡。
向招聘方提供视频自荐：只有在你发布视频，并且把链接和认证码交给对方、或同意了对方的观看申请之后，对方才能看到你的视频、题目和文字要点。这由你自己决定；你可以随时作废认证码、拒绝申请或删除视频。

我们不出售你的数据，不用于广告，也不会用你的简历或视频训练模型。

4. 保存期限

账号资料、简历、报告：保存到你删除或注销账号为止。
匹配报告文件：按你在「设置 → 存储」选择的期限（1–90 天）自动清理，文字摘要保留。
视频自荐：没有发布的录制在 24 小时后删除；已发布的视频在 60 天后删除，到期前 7 天会提醒你。你可以随时自己删除。
注销账号：提出后有 7 天的反悔期，期满后删除你的全部数据。
数据库备份：每日备份，本机保留 30 天，异地备份按备份规则保留（最长约 30 天）。注销后，你的数据会在备份轮换后彻底消失。
用量与付款记录：为成本核算与财务合规保留【期限，律师确认】。
同意条款的记录：账号存续期间保留，账号删除时一并删除。【保留期限，律师确认】

5. 安全

密码单向哈希；API Key 与招聘平台登录状态加密保存；报告与规划等 HTML 内容只能在登录状态下在线查看，并带有防复制保护。服务器与数据库不对公网开放。如果发生个人信息泄露，我们会在知道后 72 小时内通知受影响的用户，并按法律要求向主管机关报告。

5a. 个人化：让结果越用越贴合你

为了让建议越用越贴合你，系统会在后台根据你的资料和使用记录，整理一份只关于你的「求职特征摘要」，并在你使用之后更新。它用到：

你的简历内容、求职意向、搜索设置、入选和追踪的职位、练习作答、你点的 👍 / 👎，以及你在「工作透视」里讲过的工作内容；
你常用哪些功能、大约在什么时段使用。不包含姓名、邮箱、电话、地址，也不包含招聘平台的登录信息；
由 AI 模型（按第 3 节你所选的线路）归纳出的结果：职业阶段、目标方向、优势、短板、使用习惯，以及给 AI 的写作提示。

这份摘要只用于两件事：AI 为你写建议类内容（如地区推荐、面试练习反馈、简历点评）时作为参考；以及管理员了解如何更好地帮助你。它不会被写进你的简历，不用于对你做任何自动化的决定，不提供给招聘方或其他第三方，也不推断健康、宗教、政治观点等敏感信息。它保存在你的账号数据里，随账号一并删除；你可以随时发邮件到【联系邮箱】要求查看、更正、停止使用或删除它。另外，把用户数据去除身份信息后做成内部测试案例（用来检查 AI 是否准确）这件事，只会在你本人另外明确同意之后才做，目前没有对任何用户默认开启。你点的 👍 / 👎 只记录「哪个功能、好或不好」以及你自己写的说明。

6. 你的权利

在「设置」随时修改个人信息与简历；在「我的记录」查看你生成过的内容。
注销账号：在「设置」的「我的数据」里输入密码即可提出，7 天内可以取消。
导出全部数据、查阅、更正、停止处理或撤回同意：发邮件至【联系邮箱】，我们在 10 天内答复。已开通数据下载的账号也可以在「我的数据」里直接下载。
如你所在地法律（如韩国《个人信息保护法》、GDPR、中国《个人信息保护法》、香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》）赋予你其他权利，你可随时联系我们行使。
在韩国，你也可以向个人信息侵害申告中心（privacy.kisa.or.kr，电话 118）或个人信息纠纷调解委员会（kopico.go.kr，电话 1833-6972）求助。

7. Cookie

只使用一个必要的会话 Cookie（job_agent_session）保持登录，以及浏览器本地存储记住语言等偏好。没有广告或第三方追踪。

8. 年龄

本服务只面向年满 14 周岁的人，注册时需要确认这一点。我们不会在知情的情况下收集未满 14 周岁儿童的个人信息；如果发现，会删除该账号及其数据。

9. 变更

本政策如有重大变更，会在登录后以站内提示告知。

1. Who processes your data

This service is operated by TalkWebe (registered address: 【registered address】). Privacy officer: 【name and title】; send privacy requests to 【contact email】. Your data is kept on servers in 【country/region of the servers】. Registration currently needs an invite code; paid plans and top-ups are on the pricing page.

3. Data sent to third parties and abroad

When you use an AI feature, the content that task needs is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the AI model providers in the table below. They are all outside your own country or region, so this is a transfer of personal information abroad. Which of them is used depends on the AI line you choose in Settings.

Lines: US / Europe uses only Anthropic, OpenAI and Google; China uses only DeepSeek and Qwen; Auto lets the platform choose among all of the above for cost and quality, currently mainly Qwen (international site). An administrator may assign specific models to an individual account; that assignment then applies.
Retention: each provider handles and keeps data under its own API terms. 【lawyer to verify: whether each provider trains on API data, and its retention】
How to refuse: choose a line that uses only one region's providers, do not use the AI features, or close your account. Because the core features depend on AI, they cannot work if you do not allow a transfer to any provider.
When a provider is added or removed, we update this table and tell you after you sign in.

Other third parties:

Job search: we query public job sites (such as Indeed, LinkedIn and company career pages) with your keywords and locations — never your resume.
Company research: Perplexity (United States) may be used to search public information, with company and job titles as the query.
Infrastructure: Cloudflare (United States; network and encrypted off-site backup storage), 【hosting provider and country】, email delivery 【SMTP provider】.
Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe (United States) once online payment is enabled.
Sharing a video pitch with recruiters: someone can see your video, its questions and the key points only after you publish it and either give them the link and an access code or approve their request to watch. That is your decision; you can cancel a code, refuse a request or delete the video at any time.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on your resume or videos.

4. How long we keep it

Account details, resumes, reports: until you delete them or close your account.
Fit-report files: removed automatically after the period you choose in Settings → Storage (1–90 days); the text summary is kept.
Video pitch: recordings you did not publish are deleted after 24 hours; a published video is deleted after 60 days, with a reminder 7 days before. You can delete it yourself at any time.
Closing your account: after you ask, there are 7 days in which you can change your mind; then all your data is deleted.
Database backups: daily, kept 30 days on the server and per the backup rules off-site (about 30 days at most). After your account is closed, your data is gone once those backups roll over.
Usage and payment records: kept for cost accounting and financial compliance for 【period, lawyer to confirm】.
The record of your agreement to these documents: kept while the account exists and deleted with it. 【retention period, lawyer to confirm】

5. Security

Passwords are one-way hashed; API keys and saved job-platform sessions are encrypted; HTML content such as reports and plans can only be viewed online while signed in, with copy protection. Servers and the database are not exposed to the public internet. If personal information is leaked, we notify the affected users within 72 hours of learning of it and report to the authorities as the law requires.

5a. Personalisation: results that fit you better with use

So that advice fits you better the more you use the service, the system keeps, in the background, a "job-search summary" that is only about you, made from your details and how you use the service, and updates it after you use it. It draws on:

your resume, job preferences, search settings, the jobs you shortlisted and tracked, your practice answers, the 👍 / 👎 you gave, and the work you described in WorkLens;
which features you use and roughly at what time of day. Not your name, email, phone or address, and not your job-platform sign-in details;
what an AI model (on the line you chose, see section 3) works out from these: career stage, direction, strengths, gaps, habits, and writing notes for the AI.

The summary is used for two things only: as background when the AI writes advice for you (such as region recommendations, interview-practice feedback and resume reviews), and so that administrators can see how to help you better. It is never written into your resume, is not used to make any automated decision about you, is not given to recruiters or other third parties, and does not infer sensitive matters such as health, religion or political views. It is kept with your account data and deleted with the account; you can email 【contact email】 at any time to see it, correct it, stop its use or have it deleted. Separately, turning user data, de-identified, into internal test cases (to check that the AI is accurate) is done only after you yourself have expressly agreed; it is not switched on by default for anyone. A 👍 / 👎 you give records only which feature, good or bad, and any note you write.

6. Your rights

Change your details and resume in Settings at any time; see what you have generated under My records.
Closing your account: ask under "Your data" in Settings with your password; you can cancel within 7 days.
To export all your data, see or correct it, stop its processing or withdraw consent, email 【contact email】; we answer within 10 days. Accounts with data export enabled can also download it directly under "Your data".
Where the law that applies to you (such as South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, the GDPR, China's PIPL or Hong Kong's PDPO) gives you further rights, contact us to exercise them.
In South Korea you can also turn to the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, call 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, call 1833-6972).

7. Cookies

One necessary session cookie (job_agent_session) keeps you signed in, and browser local storage remembers preferences such as language. No advertising or third-party tracking.

8. Age

The service is only for people aged 14 or over, which you confirm when you sign up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14; if we find such an account, we delete it and its data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, you will see a notice in the app after signing in.

3. 제3자 및 국외로 전송되는 데이터

AI 기능을 사용하면 해당 작업에 필요한 내용이 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 통해 아래 표의 AI 모델 공급업체로 전송되어 처리됩니다. 이 업체들은 모두 회원이 있는 국가/지역 밖에 있으므로 이는 개인정보의 국외 이전에 해당합니다. 어느 업체가 사용되는지는 설정에서 선택한 AI 경로에 따라 정해집니다.

경로: 「미국·유럽」은 Anthropic, OpenAI, Google만 사용하고, 「중국」은 DeepSeek와 통의천문만 사용합니다. 「자동」은 플랫폼이 비용과 품질을 기준으로 위 업체 중에서 선택하며, 현재는 주로 통의천문(국제 사이트)입니다. 관리자가 개별 계정에 모델을 따로 지정할 수 있으며, 그 경우 지정된 모델이 우선합니다.
보관 기간: 각 공급업체는 자체 API 약관에 따라 데이터를 처리하고 보관합니다. 【변호사 확인: 각 공급업체가 API 데이터를 학습에 사용하는지 여부와 보관 기간】
거부 방법: 특정 지역의 공급업체만 사용하는 경로를 선택하거나, AI 기능을 사용하지 않거나, 계정을 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 핵심 기능이 모두 AI에 의존하므로 어느 업체로의 이전에도 동의하지 않으면 해당 기능을 사용할 수 없습니다.
공급업체가 추가되거나 빠지면 위 표를 수정하고 로그인 후 안내합니다.

그 밖의 제3자:

공고 검색: 회원이 설정한 키워드와 지역(이력서는 포함하지 않음)으로 공개 채용 사이트(예: Indeed, LinkedIn, 기업 채용 페이지)를 조회합니다.
기업 조사: 공개 정보를 찾기 위해 Perplexity(미국)를 사용할 수 있으며, 조회 내용은 회사명과 직무명입니다.
인프라: Cloudflare(미국; 네트워크 가속 및 암호화된 원격 백업 저장), 【서버 호스팅 업체 및 소재 국가/지역】, 메일 발송 서비스 【SMTP 서비스 업체】.
결제: 온라인 결제가 열리면 카드 결제는 Stripe(미국)가 처리합니다.
채용 담당자에게 영상 자기소개 제공: 회원이 영상을 게시한 뒤 링크와 인증 코드를 상대방에게 전달하거나 상대방의 시청 요청을 승인한 경우에만, 상대방이 영상과 질문, 요점을 볼 수 있습니다. 이는 회원이 직접 결정하며, 언제든 인증 코드를 폐기하거나 요청을 거절하거나 영상을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

회원의 데이터를 판매하지 않고, 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 이력서나 영상을 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간

계정 정보, 이력서, 리포트: 회원이 삭제하거나 계정을 탈퇴할 때까지 보관합니다.
적합도 리포트 파일: 「설정 → 저장소」에서 선택한 기간(1–90일)에 따라 자동으로 정리되며, 텍스트 요약은 남습니다.
영상 자기소개: 게시하지 않은 녹화본은 24시간 뒤 삭제되고, 게시한 영상은 60일 뒤 삭제되며 만료 7일 전에 알려 드립니다. 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
계정 탈퇴: 신청 후 7일 동안은 취소할 수 있으며, 그 뒤에 회원의 모든 데이터를 삭제합니다.
데이터베이스 백업: 매일 백업하며, 서버에는 30일간, 원격 백업은 백업 규칙에 따라(최장 약 30일) 보관합니다. 탈퇴 후 회원의 데이터는 백업이 순환된 뒤 완전히 사라집니다.
사용량 및 결제 기록: 비용 정산과 재무 규정 준수를 위해 【기간, 변호사 확인】 동안 보관합니다.
약관 동의 기록: 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관하며, 계정을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 【보관 기간, 변호사 확인】

5. 보안

비밀번호는 단방향 해시로 저장하고, API 키와 저장된 채용 플랫폼 로그인 상태는 암호화해 저장합니다. 리포트와 계획 등 HTML 콘텐츠는 로그인한 상태에서만 온라인으로 볼 수 있으며 복제 방지 기능이 적용됩니다. 서버와 데이터베이스는 공용 인터넷에 개방되어 있지 않습니다. 개인정보가 유출된 경우 이를 알게 된 때부터 72시간 이내에 해당 회원에게 알리고, 법률이 정한 바에 따라 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

5a. 개인화: 사용할수록 더 잘 맞는 결과

사용할수록 조언이 회원에게 더 잘 맞도록, 시스템은 백그라운드에서 회원의 자료와 이용 기록을 바탕으로 회원에 대해서만 작성되는 「구직 특성 요약」을 만들고, 회원이 서비스를 이용한 뒤 이를 갱신합니다. 다음 정보를 사용합니다.

회원의 이력서 내용, 구직 의향, 검색 설정, 선별·추적한 공고, 연습 답변, 회원이 누른 👍 / 👎, 그리고 「워크렌즈」에서 회원이 설명한 업무 내용.
자주 쓰는 기능과 대략적인 이용 시간대. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소는 포함하지 않으며 채용 플랫폼 로그인 정보도 포함하지 않습니다.
AI 모델(3절에서 회원이 선택한 경로)이 이를 바탕으로 정리한 결과: 경력 단계, 목표 방향, 강점, 보완점, 이용 습관, AI를 위한 작성 지침.

이 요약은 두 가지 용도로만 사용됩니다. AI가 회원을 위한 조언성 콘텐츠(예: 지역 추천, 면접 연습 피드백, 이력서 리뷰)를 작성할 때 참고하는 것, 그리고 관리자가 회원을 더 잘 도울 방법을 파악하는 것입니다. 이력서에 기재되지 않으며, 회원에 대한 자동화된 결정에 사용되지 않고, 채용 담당자나 그 밖의 제3자에게 제공되지 않으며, 건강, 종교, 정치적 견해 등 민감한 정보를 추론하지 않습니다. 회원의 계정 데이터에 보관되며 계정과 함께 삭제됩니다. 언제든 【연락처 이메일】로 메일을 보내 열람, 정정, 이용 정지 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이와 별도로, 회원 데이터에서 신원 정보를 제거해 내부 테스트 사례로 만드는 일(AI가 정확한지 확인하기 위함)은 회원 본인이 따로 명시적으로 동의한 뒤에만 하며, 현재 어느 회원에게도 기본으로 켜져 있지 않습니다. 회원이 누른 👍 / 👎 는 「어떤 기능이 좋았는지 나빴는지」와 회원이 직접 적은 설명만 기록합니다.

6. 회원의 권리

「설정」에서 언제든 개인정보와 이력서를 수정할 수 있고, 「내 기록」에서 생성한 콘텐츠를 확인할 수 있습니다.
계정 탈퇴: 「설정」의 「내 데이터」에서 비밀번호를 입력해 신청할 수 있으며, 7일 이내에는 취소할 수 있습니다.
전체 데이터 내보내기, 열람, 정정, 처리 정지 또는 동의 철회: 【연락처 이메일】로 메일을 보내 주시면 10일 이내에 답변드립니다. 데이터 다운로드가 열려 있는 계정은 「내 데이터」에서 바로 내려받을 수도 있습니다.
거주 지역의 법률(예: 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」, GDPR, 중국 「개인정보보호법」, 홍콩 「개인자료(사생활) 조례」)이 그 밖의 권리를 부여하는 경우, 언제든 저희에게 연락해 행사하실 수 있습니다.
대한민국에서는 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118) 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 도움을 요청할 수도 있습니다.

7. 쿠키

로그인 유지를 위한 필수 세션 쿠키 하나(job_agent_session)와, 언어 등 선호 사항을 기억하기 위한 브라우저 로컬 저장소만 사용합니다. 광고나 제3자 추적은 없습니다.

8. 연령

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 가입할 때 이를 확인합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 계정을 발견하면 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.

9. 변경

본 방침에 중요한 변경이 있으면 로그인 후 서비스 내 안내로 알려 드립니다.
